Due to the nature of downloads we cannot give refunds or swap clips once your order has been processed.
You are responsible for making sure your order is correct before you submit it to be processed and that you do not order the same clips twice.
If we receive a chargeback for no reason you will be banned from all our sites!

Please make a note of how large the videos are before ordering as we cannot be held responsible if your connection is too slow / unreliable to download the files.

Please make sure your PC / Mac is capable of playing the video files. We cannot be responsible if your pc / mac is too slow or does not have the correct codecs / players installed. However we will try our best to help you out.
