In the last round, the timer for rest was wrongly set as counting up instead of counting down. Poor Xiaoyu was waiting for the alarm beep when the countdown ends, which will never happen. When I discovered that error, Xiaoyu had already collapsed on the ground, her lips turned purple, and she was twitching slightly… Next was a set of squats for more than two minutes. Although panting heavily, Xiaoyu still finished it successfully. Before the next exercise, she needed a good rest, so I cuffed her hands to her same-side ankles, and tied a collar around her neck over the hood, so that she can’t take the hood off by herself. There were three rounds of rest, and the set time increased from 2 minutes to 3.5 minutes. Xiaoyu must first sit in a chair for one minute, then break her hands free, find the key on the floor, unlock the collar, remove the collar, and finally take off the hood.
