The game is set as follows: Xiaoyu-senpai will be bound to a chair, blindfolded, and wearing a ring gag. The safeword of the game is “4536251”. There will be five rounds and the content of each round is the same. First, Xiaoyu will roll a dice, and the number of the dice determines the target time of the round: 2 minutes plus the number divided by 2. For example, if the dice shows 1, the target time is 2+1/2=3.5 minutes; if the dice gives 6, it is then 2+6/2=5 minutes. Next, Xiaoyu will be bagged by a plastic bag sealed by electrical tape around her neck, and the timer will start. The catch of the game is that the timer counts up silently instead of counts down to zero, and Xiaoyu is blindfolded all the time. Therefore, she does not know the number of the dice, the target time, nor can she know exactly how long she has been bagged. She was wearing a Japanese one-piece school swimsuit “sukumizu” with her hands tied behind her back and legs tied to a chair, and went through a long breathplay “marathon” consisting of four sessions. Session 1: Xiaoyu was wearing a swim cap, goggles and ear plugs. Her mouth was taped by transparent film dressing so that she can only breathe with her nose. Then I controlled her breath using a nose clip. The timing was based on an eight-round O2 table training, starting from 25 second apnea with 5 second increment until 60 seconds. Between each apnea she can breathe for 10 seconds only. Session 2: The nose clip was kept on her nose and a small hole was poked in the film dressing to allow Xiaoyu to breathe. A piece of black bondage tape was used to cover the small hole, and she was asked to speak the alphabet from A to Z before the black tape can be removed for a while. This was repeated in 10 minutes. Session 3: The swim cap is removed, and the hole in the film dressing was stretched bigger to make her breathe more easily. A plastic bag was used for breathplay. The bag was soft and often stuck to her face when she was inhaling, leaving her breathless even though there was still fresh air in the bag. This session was again for 10 minutes. Session 4: Another 10 minutes session, with the soft bag replaced by a breathplay hood without breathing holes. After several times she was pushed near her limit at the end, and she even moved the chair she bound to during her struggling. At the end of the video some chat is recorded. She was quite happy with the sessions and liked the breathplay hood much better than the soft bag.

The air inlet of the mask was connected to a hose, which led to a large 3L rebreather bag. The inlet of the bag was controlled by a manual ball valve. The breathing mask, hose, and rebreather bag together formed an enormous dead space. With each deep breath, Xiaoyu was forced to struggle against the stale air trapped in the dead space, with minimal air exchange with the outside. To make matters worse, the valve was periodically adjusted to a half-closed or even fully closed position, further intensifying the high-CO₂, low-oxygen conditions inside the dead space. Normally, even for Xiaoyu, it would be impossible to endure such an environment for long. However, the terrifying part is that whenever she reached her limit, I squeezed the rebreather bag, reducing the volume of the dead space, allowing her to expel some CO₂ and take in a minimal amount of oxygen—just enough to keep her consciousness from slipping away. But this comes at a cost: the squeezed bag became the bottleneck of the entire airflow system. To overcome the resistance, Xiaoyu must inhale with strong force. While the hypoxia was somewhat alleviated, the physical and mental exhaustion only grew more intense… Time had finally reached the pre-set thirty minutes—of course, Xiaoyu had no sense of time—and I closed the valve on the rebreather bag for the last time. Then I watched as Xiaoyu, completely unaware and with her consciousness already blurred for a long while, enacted her final struggle. After only a few dozen seconds of prolonged oxygen deprivation, her consciousness slipped into a dark abyss… Interview after several hours of rest: —Me: Have you recovered? —Xiaoyu: More or less… My temples still hurt a bit… —Me: Then, first, can you describe your overall feelings about this experience? —Xiaoyu: Extreme suffering, absolute torment… One word: Brutal! —Me: When the bag was first attached, how uncomfortable was it? Or was there more pleasure at that point? —Xiaoyu: At first, there was still pleasure. It felt a little suffocating, but it was manageable. —Me: Then did the discomfort quickly surpass the pleasure, or was it a gradual change? —Xiaoyu: It wasn’t gradual. My awareness was hazy, but I was still conscious, I think. —Me: So this setup really kept you right at the brink of unconsciousness. —Xiaoyu: Yes. —Xiaoyu: But the mask became really uncomfortable later… The more I sweated, the more it slipped down… It pressed against my nose, and I ended up choking on my own sweat, tears, and mucus. —Me: In the end, did you realize I was closing the valve to make you black out? —Xiaoyu: No. Because you were constantly adjusting the valve. After a while, I stopped knowing what you were doing. I thought it would just keep repeating… That was the feeling I had. —Me: Was there a specific moment when you suddenly realized the valve was fully shut and that it was about to end? —Xiaoyu: No. —Me: So even up until the moment you actually passed out, you didn’t realize it was about to be over? That relief was coming? —Xiaoyu: No. —Me: What was it like waking up? —Xiaoyu: How did I even wake up…? The base layer is stocking, which we won’t count, so let’s start with the first layer: electrical tape. It completely wraps her head, leaving only her nose for breathing. Once sealed in, Xiaoyu can only grope around in complete darkness. The second layer is a latex hood with only two nostril openings. We carefully align it over her nose because her life literally depends on these two small holes now. The third layer is a micro-perforated hood. Although there are many tiny holes around the eyes, nose, and mouth, considering the previous two layers, only the holes at her nostril area are functional. Proper alignment is crucial to ensure at least some air gets through. With all three layers in place, her labored breathing is clearly audible. It seems exhausting already! We dress her in a dog bondage set and have her crawl on the ground to greet you. Now for the fun part—the fourth layer! We tried three different setups: First is a gas mask with a rebreather bag, only allowing stale air with high CO2 and low O2 level. Then comes the same gas mask, but with the breathing port sealed with tape resulting in extreme breathing resistance. The last one is cling film wrap directly over her face, which perfectly seals against the latex, blocking all micro-perforations. Her task? Self-rescue! But that’s impossible inside the dog bondage set. To lower the difficulty a little bit, we remove the set halfway, but she is still in trouble since her hands are useless because they’re tightly contained in two layers of latex mittens. The best surprise? As Xiaoyu struggled violently, the misalignment of the tape opening and the breathing holes of the latex hoods made things even worse. Even after removing the fourth layer, her situation barely improved! This continuous cycle of hope turning into despair pushed Xiaoyu to her limit. By the end, she broke down, crying her heart out in sheer frustration and exhaustion… By the way, in the entire video, Xiaoyu didn’t speak a single word… Is there any secret under the taped face?

Xiaoyu was lying prone and wearing a Japanese one-piece school swimsuit and freediving gear: a vintage oval mask, a snorkel and fins. The mouthpiece of the snorkel was fixed to her mouth by bondage tape, so that she can only breathe through the snorkel. Then I use black electrical tape to seal the opening of the snorkel to force Xiaoyu to practice breath hold. Her hands were bound behind her back by bondage tape in the second half of the video. My body tensed as the air thinned, my breath quickened, and fear struck like lightning. My heart pounded in my ears, my breathing echoed frantically. My eyes were covered, and I felt life being squeezed from my body. Time blurred, seconds turned to minutes, and in my mind, only endless nocturnal terror remained. I struggled and cried for help, desperate for rescue from this nightmare. The people outside didn’t open the vacuum bag. I was in turmoil, consumed by despair, my survival instinct drove me to scream relentlessly. Yet, my cries were muffled by the quilt. I hated myself for willingly enduring this torment. Suddenly, the bag was opened, fresh air rescued me, and I was welcomed back into the world, like a child reborn.” “The loss of control and helplessness inside the bag, followed by the newfound vitality upon coming out, was truly a journey from hell to heaven. It has made me appreciate and respect life even more.” Inspired by this sublime experience, Yaoyao pulled Xiaoyu into the vacuum bag together.
