Can she successfully retrieve the key and rescue herself? The video captures her every struggle and moment of agony. Ultimately, due to the incomplete performance in both the exercise and escape challenges, punishment ensues. Xiaoyu-senpai is switched back to the breathplay hood with the small breathing hole. However, either an additional plastic bag is placed over it, or the breathing hole is clipped shut, consistently making the already scarce air even more precious.
