    32 minutes    		  Xiaoyu Training Escape Challenge and Punishment Blackouts - Time for Xiaoyu’s escape challenge again. The key item is still a breathplay hood with no hole, but the difference is that the air bag of this hood is very big. Counterintuitively, a hood with a big air bag is more difficult than a hood with a small air bag. This is because, unless the hood is sealed by extra strict ways around one’s neck, there is always some air leak for example through the gaps created by hair. When wearing a small hood and inhaling very hard, one can usually breathe in a little bit fresh air that leaks in. In contrast, since the capacity of the big hood is larger than the capacity of one’s lungs, her inhalation and exhalation are completely constrained inside the air bag. Even if there is a potential leak, there is no way for her to suck in air from outside. It becomes rebreathing of the same stale air in the strict sense. Because of this, Xiaoyu decided to carry out a CO₂ table training first to increase her chance of passing the challenge. There are four rounds of rebreathing under the breathplay hood, with the target time 2, 2.5, 3 and 3.5 minutes, and with 30 to 45 seconds of ventilation in between. When the 3-minute third round was finished, Xiaoyu’s body was already slightly twitching but she still decided to complete the 3.5-minute last round. At the end she went blackout and almost fell to the ground, but fortunately I was able to pull her back to the chair. Xiaoyu was reluctantly satisfied with the training, so the escape challenge began. Learning from the previous time, I only tied her hands behind her back, not her arms, otherwise she would have an extremely hard time raising her arms and putting the key to the lock on the collar. As a price of not tying arms, her feet were tied together. After a blindfold, the breathplay hood and a collar with a lock were put on her, Xiaoyu still had to sit and wait for the one-minute beep before she could start to break free her hands and feet, find the key on the floor, unlock the lock and the collar, and finally take off the hood to save herself. The process and the results? No, I don’t want to reveal too many details, but you may guess more or less with the following interview: ―I: You found the key so quickly in the first attempt. ―Xiaoyu: Of course, because you touched me accidentally when you put the key and I felt that, hahaha… ―I: That was cheating! So the result was not valid and we had to do it again. ―Xiaoyu: Where did you put the key in the second attempt? I’ve been searching for it for a long time, and I don’t remember if I ever touched it… ―I: You don’t remember? So you lost your memory again? ―Xiaoyu: Yes, did I blackout again? Xiaoyu is wearing a Japanese sailor suit uniform, ball gagged, blindfolded and hogtied. Here are the rules. She failed three times so she will be punished for 5 min × 3 = 15 min in total under a breathplay hood secured by a collar around her neck. At the 5 and 10 minute marks I will stretch the 5 mm breathing hole a little bit on her face for a few seconds to help her catch her breath, but will not take off the collar and the hood. She can call a halt before 15 min if she cannot endure any longer, but after a rest she has to start over again. Xiaoyu thought it an easy punishment since the breathplay hood has a breathing hole. However, in reality in a hogtied position her lung volume is shrunk so she can barely get enough fresh air through the breathing hole. As a result, the popular “Anaerobic Exercise and Rest” series now receives its new chapter! Like in the previous chapters, Xiaomeng was blindfolded and wearing her latex catsuit and a breathplay hood. However, this time the hood has no breathing holes at all. I believe that this new version will create better anaerobic effect than using the old hood with a breathing hole and blocking the hole afterwards. The first half of the video is all about anaerobic exercise. Xiaomeng did several rounds of high knees, sit-ups, lunge stretch and plank. She seems to have improved her physical strength a lot since last time, and for each round she can persist longer than before. The second half is of course anaerobic rest. I fastened Xiaomeng to a chair by taping her legs and wrists to the chair. First I made a test run to record her baseline of anaerobic rest, which is about 2 minutes and 10 seconds. Then six rounds of countdown rest were carried out, with durations increasing gradually from 15 seconds to 1 minute and 50 seconds. Finally, I timed another rest without countdown. She struggled till 2 minutes and 15 seconds mark before I had to release her. Ummm, there’s a little bit of improvement. Xiaomeng lay on the bed for a long time the next day. She said that all her muscles were aching. Well, it means that the intensity of the anaerobic exercise is sufficient, but the duration of the anaerobic rest is not long enough…  Xiaoyu First Condom Breathplay

This is a new gear invented in recent years. It can be considered as a combination of a diving mask and a snorkel. It is similar to a gas mask in practice, except that the snorkel is on the top of the head and is not flexible. A plastic bag was sealed on the snorkel, and Xiaomeng can only rebreathe the little air in the mask and the bag. Soon, the wailing started again, but because of the insulation of the mask, it was not as loud as in the last scene. Special: Plastic bag. Before using the next swimming gear, we took a break and played with a plastic bag, sealed by a collar at Xiaomeng’s neck. This time not only did she keep on begging for mercy loudly, but was also continuously stomping the floor. I was a little bit worried that the floor may not be able to bear the stomps… Gear 3: Diving mask. The diving mask itself does not restrict breathing. It just blocks the nose but leaves the mouth free. However, this becomes much different with a plastic bag. The diving mask itself also occupies a big space in the bag, so the volume of air available for breathing becomes less. The plastic bag was closed twice, and the second time was extremely intense and exciting: After more than 2 minutes without fresh air for Xiaomeng, I unbound the tail of the collar buckle. However, the collar did not loosen by itself as expected, so was still preventing Xiaomeng from getting precious oxygen. Another more than half minute later, Xiaomeng fell on the bed with very loud wailing. I tried to untie the collar and release Xiaomeng quickly, but her struggling on the bed made things more difficult and time costly. When I finally took off the bag, I found her lips became already quite white and gray… Do you like this ending?  Xiaoyu and Her New Breathplay Hoods
    33 minutes    		  Xiaoyu and Her New Breathplay Hoods - Xiaoyu received two new breathplay hoods. The first one is a classic black/semitransparent one with a small air bag but no breathing hole. It is made-to-measure so is very tight on her: not only tight around her neck, but also over her entire head except for her face, thus creating a very good seal to the air bag. In the first scene she was wearing this hood and doing exercise following Will Liu’s workout “Chinese Herbal Manual”. Well, it supposed to be a strenuous aerobics, but apparently for hooded Xiaoyu this became anaerobic. She can’t keep doing it for long and halfway of both attempts she collapsed on the ground. In the first time she can still remove the hood by herself, but in the second time she was so dizzy that she just lay on the ground gasping for the stale air inside the hood and didn’t know what to do to save herself. I had to remove the hood for her. The second breathplay hood is nontransparent and has a bigger air bag but also no breathing hole. Xiaoyu was wearing this one in the second scene. She was asked to find a pair of scissors with her wrapped fists. She tried twice. Although the hood is bigger and she can stay much longer, it was still a difficult task as she can’t see or use her fingers freely. Can she succeed? The last scene is classic. Xiaoyu was bound, sitting on a chair and rebreathing the air inside the hoods until she reached her limit. She wore the big hood once and the small one four times. In this part of the video you can realize how tight the small hood is: When she was gasping for air, you can see how the hood expanded like a balloon when she breathed out, and also how the air bag was sucked deep inside her mouth when she tried to breathe in. Don’t miss her cute tongue moves! The ending is dramatic. She collapsed again and went to the edge of blackout. I had to remove the hood for her again, since she obviously can’t do that by herself anymore. Don’t worry. She was quite happy and satisfied about this breathplay session.
     Xiaoyu Full Head Mummified
    34 minutes    		  Xiaoyu Full Head Mummified - Xiaoyu again. In this video, her head has been mummified by two different materials, cling film and electrical tape. In the first scene, Xiaoyu’s arms and legs were folded and bound by cling film. Her fists were wrapped too so that she cannot use her fingers. I wrapped her full head with cling film and poked only a tiny hole above her mouth so that she can still breathe, barely. The hole was so small that her breathing sounded like whistle. Then I covered her face and this tiny hole as well by another piece of cling film, blocked her air supply, and poked another tiny hole when she reached her limit. This was repeated several times until she was totally exhausted. In the second scene, with her hands wrapped and disabled again, I applied a plastic bag on her head and sealed it around her neck, so that I can mummify her head with black electrical tape on top of the bag. Of course, the operation needs time, and I didn’t want to break the bag, so I added a ventilation pipe to the bag in front of her mouth. I played her breath by using the lid of the ventilation pipe during mummification: first with no tape at all, later with lots of tape on head leaving only half face visible, and lastly the face being fully covered too. The air chamber for her to breathe became smaller and smaller, and in the end there was nearly no air when I closed the lid. It was a tough breathplay and I could hear her sobbing during the shooting. Do you notice that?  Xiaomeng Bagged Five Times
    22 minutes    		  Xiaomeng Bagged Five Times - “You know, heat shrink bags do not really like bags”, said Xiaomeng after her last breathplay, “I can’t breathe. There is no air. You have to allow me to breathe, even if there is no oxygen in the air but only carbon dioxide…” Oh, really? Then let’s go for another session with normal bags. In our first video longer than 20 minutes, Xiaomeng is bagged for five times in a row! Dressed in a Japanese sailor uniform and bound to a chair by pink ropes, her head is first covered by a transparent plastic bag which is sealed by a pink collar. An easy one. The second scene is similar, although a hairnet is added on top of the bag to reduce its size. At the third time the bag is sealed by black tapes which make it tighter than using the collar, and the hairnet is also applied. In the fourth scene, an open-face hood is used to restrict the bag, forming only a small air pocket in front of her face, something that you barely see elsewhere. Lastly a black trash bag is used, together with both the tape and hood. Since she claims that she can enjoy rebreathing carbon dioxide, in most times she is allowed to get some fresh air only after three or even four minutes… Screaming, struggling, and exciting. Xiaomeng did a great breathplay!
