That worked perfectly. The second swim caps never came off her face by themselves during the video. The first two attempts were a warming-up to Xiaoyu. The second swim caps were pulled just over her face and the top of her head. Some hair over her cheeks and under the edge of the swim caps broke the airtightness. She was able to breathe in some fresh air (but only when she worked very hard), and this extended her stay under the swim caps. Both attempts ended up with loud screams when the amount of air leaked through can barely support her respiratory movement anymore. After that, I paid special attention to her hair and always tried to move it away from her cheeks to her back. Furthermore, I pulled the second swim caps harder beyond the top of her head so that they almost enclosed her full head. The length of the noose was adjusted so that she can still stand but only on her tiptoes. This way, she can breathe relatively easy if she keeps standing on her tiptoes. However, this is quite laborious for her, and it is difficult to keep her balance because she can’t move her arms. If she leans too far or puts her heels down, you know what consequences will be. At the beginning nothing extra was put on her. Then to make the game harder, I put a plastic bag on her head and closed it with tape. No matter how hard she worked with her tiptoes, she can’t stay beyond the time point when she exhausted most air inside the bag. This limited her time very much and made the game less spectacular, so I made further adjustment by putting on the bag but not taping it around her neck. The bag was half closed by the noose, thus she will rebreathe her own air a bit but also be able to get some fresh air if she sucks deeply. At the end I replaced the bag by a breathplay hood with a small breathing hole. The game became harder and harder and finally she can’t stand anymore and collapsed after I released her from the noose. She was wearing a Japanese one-piece school swimsuit “sukumizu” with her hands tied behind her back and legs tied to a chair, and went through a long breathplay “marathon” consisting of four sessions. Session 1: Xiaoyu was wearing a swim cap, goggles and ear plugs. Her mouth was taped by transparent film dressing so that she can only breathe with her nose. Then I controlled her breath using a nose clip. The timing was based on an eight-round O2 table training, starting from 25 second apnea with 5 second increment until 60 seconds. Between each apnea she can breathe for 10 seconds only. Session 2: The nose clip was kept on her nose and a small hole was poked in the film dressing to allow Xiaoyu to breathe. A piece of black bondage tape was used to cover the small hole, and she was asked to speak the alphabet from A to Z before the black tape can be removed for a while. This was repeated in 10 minutes. Session 3: The swim cap is removed, and the hole in the film dressing was stretched bigger to make her breathe more easily. A plastic bag was used for breathplay. The bag was soft and often stuck to her face when she was inhaling, leaving her breathless even though there was still fresh air in the bag. This session was again for 10 minutes. Session 4: Another 10 minutes session, with the soft bag replaced by a breathplay hood without breathing holes. After several times she was pushed near her limit at the end, and she even moved the chair she bound to during her struggling. At the end of the video some chat is recorded.
