He hands her one and explains again how lovely she is and how much he cant wait to kiss and caress her feet and toes. She removes her heels and he does just that. Starting on her right foot, he worships the still slightly wrinkled(from her bath) toes, and kisses her soles, then he works his way up to her legs, then pussy, breasts, then her neck.
