After one minute or so, she is dead. The man sums things up, applies a toe tag on the now dead body, and covers it using a sheet. The documentary ends there. The second part of the clip shows what happens after, once the cameras are off. The light has a different tone, and the doctor behaves in a different way; after all, nobody is watching him, and the girl lies now dead on the table. This is what the TV won't show: he takes the blanket off, starts groping her feet, and ends up worshipping her soles, flipping the body on the tummy, while masturbating on his knees. And, once he's done, the puts the toe tag back, tidies up the blanket on the body and leaves. That is what happens in Molvania.
