Her heart rate and breathing become faster as she knows that she cannot escape. The IV line is opened, and poison begins to flow into the woman's body. She tried to be calm and breathe deeply, but the quick beep of the heart monitor showed her fear. Suddenly, the woman feels her chest begin to tighten, and she has a difficult time breathing. Her eyes open wide as she tries to inhale repeatedly, but no air enters her lungs. She realizes that her body is paralyzed, and she is losing her senses. She makes a weak gasping sound as her lungs desperately tried to keep her alive. Her fingers and toes curl in and out slowly as her pulse begins to slow down. Her lips move as she attempts to speak, but no words come out. Finally, her body goes completely limp, and she makes a strange groaning sound for a few moments. Her half-closed eyes move around slowly, unable to focus. Her feet twitch a few times, and she looks nearly dead, even though her heart is still beating slowly. In one last struggle to live, her back arches up and all her muscles contract violently, but then she gives up and collapses. As she takes her dying breaths, her feet continue to twitch. Since they are the same model but twins, they do not appear on camera at the same time. Bound, the nurses return to consciousness. The thug threatens both baring their breasts and choking each manually in an attempt to find where the second witness is located. He does this before strangling either one. In frustration, he appears to choke one of the nurses to death. Fearing for her life, the other nurse reveals where the second witness/patient is. When he leaves to kill the first patient, first nurse regains consciousness. He kills the patient, returns and chokes one nurse to death. Have each breath faster and faster. Eyes grow more open and each is frightened. As the perp comes closer to each, have them move their shoulders up and in to form a V trying to protect themselves from strangulation. He threatens each by strangling each from behind a few times. Then he comes in front to strangle each of them. I am attaching a photo of someone to show the fear that should be on the model's face. First victim would be wearing a negligee and, upon the perp entering, she is terrified and raises up on her elbows. Then she is strangled manually from the front to death. She should be partially off the bed with arms, head, and hair hanging down both during the strangulation and after. Camera should pan her showing eyes open in surprise or horror and mouth open with tongue coming out to the side. The twins are named Judy and Trudy and the second model/witness is named Linda. The perp then returns to the other ‘two’ and strangles one to death. As he approaches the other one, she says something like, “You’ve killed Linda and Judy. And now you’re going to kill me.” The perp approaches her with hands spread to take her neck. She is breathing faster and faster and becomes more and more terrorized as he approaches. Then she is almost screaming as he strangles her to death. Lower lip should quiver repeatedly as he approaches, if possible. As she starts to lose the fight her eyes roll back, her tongue sticks out and her arms flop to the side shaking. Her shoes hang for dear life from her toes. To finish her, Mr. Sandman pulls down on her body, stretching her neck and breaking it. Her feet give a final shake as she dies dropping her shoes revealing her nylon soles. He leaves her hanging and closes the stall door. Another contestant goes to the bathroom too. She opens stall and sees contestant hanging. Mr. Sandman appears behind her and grabs her by neck and lifts her in the air. He squeezes her neck hard. Her eyes fluttering and tongue out, her shoes slip off from her feet. He squeezes harder and a loud crack is heard as her throat breaks. Her toes spread and then relax. He slowly lets her down and sits her corpse on the floor with her back resting against the wall. He twists her head breaking her vertebrae and her toes twitch and relax again. Another contestant goes to a room they have for contestants to relax. There is a bed. She enters crawiling and lets shoes fall off. She sits on the bed with her back resting on the head rest. Her feet stretch out in front of her, she wiggles her toes in relief. The Sandman is hiding behind the head rest. He thrusts a long knife behind the headrest, it goes through the head rest and enters the back of her neck, goes through the neck with the tip exiting out of throat. She starts to choke. Her soles flexing, toes spreading, her eyes roll back. Some gurgles later she expires, her feet relaxing. He pulls knife out of neck. He starts to slice the throat slowly. She’s dead but faint gags and gurgles come out of her half way open mouth. Her dead toes twitch a little as he cuts deeper into her throat. The knife cuts through all the throat cartilage reaching the neck bone. He grabs her head and twists it hard. The head goes around 180 degrees. Her toes spread in reaction. Sound of torn flesh fills the room. He twists the head around again. Pulls her head upwards and removes her head. Her toes from the headless corpse twitch a bit more, and then relax. He puts her head right next to her headless corpse. Two contestants go together to the room and as they enter the room they go into shock when they see the decapitated contestant sitting on the bed. As they turn around to go warn the others, they’re confronted with Mr. Sandman who grabs them both by their throats and squeezes hard. He lifts them up a bit first so they’re standing on their tip toes. The heel of their feet slips out the back of their shoes showing half of their soles. He walks forward. They’re forced to walk backward on their tip toes toward a wall that has hooks to hang coats. He lifts them up more, slowly, as they go up the pressure on their throats increases, their eyes open wide, and faces turn red, the tongue extends out. Their feet now on the air. He twists his hand on one of the contestants breaking her neck. Her feet shake quick and relax. Her shoes fall off from her feet. The other one is almost dead from choking. Her arms flop to the side. She is gagging and gurgling. She is so weak her toes cannot hold on to the shoes anymore. Gravity takes its toll and the shoes simply drop. He thrusts both of his arms forward and impales the back of their heads against the hook. The one that was still alive dies with her eyes rolling back. The other was already dead. He leaves them hanging there. Another contestant goes to the resting room to check on them since it’s been a while. She enters the room and sees the three contestants dead. Before she can scream a swoosh sound is heard, accompanied by a gushing sound. Mr. Sandman who appeared behind her, had swong a machete right across her neck. A faint gag is heard from her and a shocked look on her face. Faint gags come out of her. Her stare goes blank. A red line appears around her neck. She falls kneeling position first. The back of her feet pop out of the back her shoes. As she stays kneeled her head slowly falls off and hits the floor. Her headless corpse stays kneeled for just a few more seconds and falls forward. Her shoes half way off. We can see half of her soles. As her foot twitch a bit the shoes come off completely. A few more twitches as the last vestiges of life leave her body, then relax. The last contestant is still in the waiting room. Legs crossed and the shoe dangling from her big toe. She is waiting and wondering where is everyone. Mr. Sandman appears from behind, puts his hand on her forehead to force it back and with a long knife starts to cut her throat. She starts to gag and gurgle. Her feet move dropping her shoes. The knife goes deeper. Her movements slow to a shiver now, her toes wiggling. Again, as the knife reaches bone and meets resistance, Mr. Sandman grabs her head by the temples and twists the head around 180 degrees. A faint gag and gurgle is heard, along with the sound of gushing as he pulls the head off. Her feet twitch. Her headless body stays sitted in the sofa. Now Mr. Sandman recovers all the bodies. Sits them on the floor straight with their backs resting on the wall. Right next to each other. The ones that are decapitated, he puts the heads right next to them. We see the sitting corpses with legs straight so soles of their feet are looking forward to camera.  Proud Worker

When she finishes the call, she moves to the bathroom and begins to slowly undress in front of the mirror. We see the reflection of her looking at herself as she does so. When naked she removes her glasses and steps into the shower. Her hair is still up. While showering, she thinks she hears a noise. She looks worried and turns off the water to listen but can hear nothing. She shrugs; she must be imagining things. Sasha gets out of the shower and dries herself. Again looking at herself in the mirror, let’s down her hair and combs it, puts on a silk bathrobe and her glasses. She goes back to sit on the sofa and starts to read a magazine. There is a sudden noise and she looks up in alarm. Suddenly, a figure appears behind the sofa, wearing a Halloween mask and holding a nylon stocking. As Sasha goes to turn around, he wraps the stocking round her throat. Her eyes bulge in surprise. She claws at her neck and at her attacker, and her body bucks desperately as she tries to free herself. Her face contorts in a mix of agony, shock and terror. Her robe falls open. She goes cross-eyed at times and sometimes her tongue protrudes wildly as she searches for air. At one point she manages to move her body to a standing position on the sofa. Her robe has fallen away completely and her glasses fall off in the violent struggle. At other points her attacker forces her onto her front and her back, before she is forced back into a sitting position. There is an overhead camera shot from the killer POV as her head is tilted up and back, looking at him in terror (close-ups here). Then she is facing front again, her face increasingly contorted, cross-eyed, tongue protruding. After a long and violent struggle, she gradually begins to weaken. Her attacker moves to the front of the sofa to face her. He reaches for her glasses and replaces them on her face; then removes his mask. There is an expression of disbelief on her face as she recognises that it is her work colleague. We now see a brief flashback to Sasha in the office - from killer POV - gleefully telling him that he’s fired. Then we cut back to his POV as he viciously tightens the stocking further. Her eyes bulge wide in shock, hands reach up to her throat, her tongue protrudes fully. Her arms then flail by her side and her body convulses as she nears her end. There is one final look of panic and surprise her face as she realises that there is no more air, that this is her last moment. She dies with her face frozen in an expression of surprise, slightly cross-eyed, mouth open, tongue protruding. The stocking is still hanging loosely round her neck. As the killer surveys her body there are jump cuts between brief shots of Sasha walking down the street, on the phone to her friend, looking in the mirror as she undresses and removes her bra, and then back to her dead face. He leaves and we see various shots of her dead body and face, frozen in surprise and terror. Clothes - high class executive (no very short skirts). Underwear sexy but not tarty. Thick framed glasses are important (please use those from custom Persecution Mania if possible). Make-up also high class (no bright red lipstick or excessive eye shadow) Take time with the build-up - walking down street, shots in apartment etc Mira should really struggle hard during attack - lots of face contortions and work with eyes Final death expression of shock very important and should be maintained through rest of film.
