She goes down to one knee, then to the floor backwards with her belly stretched out and her legs behind her. She is in so much pain she is writhing and moaning, grasping for her belly but afraid to touch the painful, bleeding hole. She is panicking now as she starts to feel her blood rushing out into her cavity, and feeling colder and colder.
