They take off their coats, remove all the guns they are toting and put them in the tool box for disposal. They talk about spending the big brief case full of money and Cookie decides she wants to hit the tub, so she heads to the bathroom, removing her large boots and taking off her jewelry. As she is about to Betty gets a message from the boss, there is one more bitch, rogue, who is out to get them. Cookie disregards like she is not worried about another clone. She talks to Betty, who is stunned when she hears the electronic key, and the door starting to open. She starts to back pedal towards the box with the guns, but the hit man is quick and doesn't waste a step. He comes in takes a step and lets two fly into the bathroom, which gets cookie in the shoulder and top left breast, she goes to the toilet, sitting down. Betty gets two next, in the same areas, one right chest by the shoulder, and the other above the left breast. She was moving more than shocked so she still needs to be finished as she goes to the ground reaching for the box and almost getting it open before the hitman puts one dead center of her throat. She grasps and clutches the wound before she goes to the floor, gasping but quickly dying from the 3 shots. Here eyes are wide and she looks surprised, but soon she is dead and her blank stare takes over. Back to Cookie, and the two fatal shots, she falls to the toilet seat, slumping a bit but sliding to the edge, her long legs and and bare feet in the fish nets contorted. She is dead, eyes open, mouth slightly agape. She dies fairly quickly from her gun shots. Now the Hit man has to get them ready for the cleaner. He takes the blanket the gals usually use if they need to dispose of some bodies, and spreads it out onto the bed. He drags Betty to the edge of the bed, then lifting her on to the bedspread. He then double checks on Cookie, checking her pulse and looking at her face before he picks her up and drags her long frame to the bed, hoisting her up until her back cracks, and tossing her to the bed. He gets them arranged side by side until they are perfect, then he hears the same phone that alerted the gals of a rogue bitch. "Hey boss, yes it is done, and they cleaned up a big mess for you, now it's time to send the cleaner, guess you won't have to pay them now, but I will take that big case of money." He grabs his jacket and heads out the door of the hotel room, and the cleaner in route. The lovely tall and buxom beauties lay still on the bed, waiting for the cleaner. What a shame. She has been unsuccessful in finding candidates that will allow experimentation, so decides she will be the human subject. Her plan is to set the guillotine on a timer, place herself under the blade, and behead herself. She has instrumented the basket to look for eye movement and other signs of life. Besides, she has always had a beheading fetish, so this is a “twofer” (two benefits for the price of one) for her. She moves the chair, removes her lab coat, pulls out a pair of handcuffs, and kneels before the guillotine. After placing her head in the lunette, she cuffs her hands behind her back, to ensure she doesn’t change her mind, and waits for the blade to fall. Throughout, she is still recording her thoughts into her phone. She talks openly about her beheading fetish, wonders how long her head will remain alive and what it’s thoughts will be, says it’s a pity her head won’t be able to see her headless body, apologizes to the people that will find her, and hopes that they will find a good use for her body and head. The blade falls and takes her head. The video ends with a NBM scene: after some time passes, her male colleague comes across her in the laboratory. He finds her severed head on the guillotine, and her headless body sat on the chair, legs crossed. He is shocked when her body moves as she crosses and uncrosses her legs.
