We tried something a little different and it turned out to be very interesting! Using thick black rope I wrap very tight starting at her waist and working my way up her chest. It turned out to be a lot tougher than she expected. Not able to expand her ribs to get a breath, she goes out almost instantly! I then increase the intensity with a few other forms of bp!
