Karen chessman is totally enclosed in a rubber catsuit and then she is bound and placed in a mailsack. A rubber ballgag is added and then her head is covered with a rubber 'snout' hood.
the snout hood is fastened tightly around her neck so that the only air she can breathe has to enter the hood through the single hole at the front of the snout. As she breathes in the snout concertinas into her face, and moves out as she breathes out.
