You are responsible for making sure your order is correct before you submit it to be processed and that you do not order the same clips twice.
If we receive a chargeback for no reason you will be banned from all our sites! Please make a note of how large the videos are before ordering as we cannot be held responsible if your connection is too slow / unreliable to download the files. Please make sure your PC / Mac is capable of playing the video files. We cannot be responsible if your pc / mac is too slow or does not have the correct codecs / players installed.
