Her ankles are now locked onto bolts at the base of the chair and black plastic tape is wrapped around legs and arms securing her to the chair. not content with this level of bondage we wrap duct tape tightly over all the tape and then use more duct tape to pull her head back and secure it to the top of the slave chair. all this is by way of a prelude to dangling a powerful mains vibrator to the open part of her leggings.
